The Sr. Application Administrator/Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining specialized custom code-based development of Salesforce solutions for Pacific Premier Bank. The individual will work with various business bank stakeholder to design, develop and create improvements by configuration within Salesforce extending beyond low-code options. The ability to work with the business units in gathering requirements, designing a scalable solution, and providing support is crucial in this role.

Additional responsibilities include application release support, troubleshoot production bugs, and peer code review developed for the Salesforce application. The Salesforce application developer needs to have the experience and understanding of Salesforce coding language using tools like Visual Studio, Apex coding, Visualforce, and Lightning Component to develop custom application solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with other business partners, peers and QA team to validate business requirements and development of customized solution for the business.
  • Develop custom HTML, Java, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Component, or other application code-based solution in accordance to business requirements.
  • Adhere to application best practices, maintain code documentation, draft test scripts for all custom development.
  • Adhere to SDLC release cycles to implement and deploy new and updated application code from each cycle. Management of deployments using available DevOps tools to promote changes from various sandbox and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain data integration between Salesforce and third-party applications via APIs and Integration tools.
  • Provide report and dashboard support. This includes reporting and dashboards for senior company leadership.
  • Serves as the technical expert on the application and demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and technical dependencies of the cross-functional solutions. Provides application users with technical support and training.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years' experience in Salesforce Migration and Integration, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Implementations, salesforce.com sandbox and production environments.
  • Knowledge of application object schema and management of custom objects.
  • Knowledge of web coding including APEX, JAVA, HTML, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Certified Salesforce Developer required.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $44.99/hr. to $67.48/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
