Multicultural Marketing Manager, North America

Overview

The Multicultural Marketing Manager- North America will be responsible for elevating multicultural and inclusive marketing across the Advanced Bionics portfolio of solutions to promote business growth in an increasingly diverse marketplace. He/she/they is to embed cultural insights that both value and celebrate cultural diversity, focusing primarily on the North American Hispanic culture, ensuring the AB brand engages in an authentic and culturally relevant way with the targeted audiences. The Multicultural Marketing Manager- NA will develop metrics and ensure measurement methods are in place to track performance of all multicultural initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Use research, cultural insights, and data analytics to influence marketing and advertising strategy that reach multicultural audiences in the NA market.
  • Develop promotional strategies, sales support materials, educational aids, etc. to grow market share to ensure sales excellence.
  • Offer feedback and guidance with an eye on inclusion during campaign development, and act as an available resource to review plans, messaging, creative assets, and marketplace considerations.
  • Identify new tactics to ensure maximum multicultural permeation in all channels, including online and social via video, audio, and display; and stay abreast of the rapidly changing marketing environment for the North American market.
  • Identify, rationalize and execute on business opportunities through new and improved products and product applications, educational programs and customer services by focusing on key opinion leaders, customers, and sales force.
  • Works with various internal and external functions to market the CI portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, market assessments, forecasts, product backorder communications, conference participation and planning, new product/program launches, collateral creation and approval processes, and competitive updates.
  • Evaluates opportunities related to current and future needs by gathering customer feedback, monitoring procedural trends, evaluating competitive landscape, reviewing complaints, monitoring prevalent complications and evaluating reimbursement in key procedural areas.
  • Other duties as assigned

Travelling Requirement:up to 30%

What you bring to the team:

Education

  • Bachelor in any of the following business/marketing/ or related field

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in computer science engineering

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous Marketing Experience
  • Experience in Hispanic Consumer Marketing

Nice to Have

  • Previous Medical Device Marketing background

  • Willingness to perform, analytical and conceptual thinking, responsible and openminded, understanding financial aspects of business models

  • English/ Fluent

  • Proficient Spanish strongly preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite, SalesForce

Pay Ranges:$74,400/yr - $111,600/yr
