  • assist Principals and prepare for internal BD meetings, reports, presentations, and events;
  • understand and learn HGA's portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities; and
  • conduct special projects as needed.

This role has the potential to grow and:

  • support BD efforts such as meetings, presentations, and industry events;
  • manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data in Vision/Vantagepoint;

  • Interest in working with a dynamic, fast-paced team.
  • Self-motivation and drive to advance.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills adaptive to many personalities-be a team player.
  • Good graphic skills and can multi-task.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products; Work, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Skills in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint are helpful. If not proficient in CRM, a strong acumen to learn new technologies and software is a must.
