Description

The ERP Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical support for Mirion's ERP systems as well as conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, training, and documentation. The ERP Analyst will work closely with ERP users, the IT team, and external vendors on ERP implementations and ensure ERP systems meet the needs of the business while also following best practices. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a passion for building high-quality, sustainable ERP solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation, integration, and customization (if required) of Mirion's ERP systems and peripheral solutions.
  • Act as an internal contact for user issues and serve as the liaison with outsourced support providers.
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering and gap analysis sessions.
  • Create functional/technical design documentation and work with developers/consultants on testing and implementation of modifications.
  • Create functional test plans, test cases, and participate in testing.
  • Provide user training and assist with the development of user documentation.
  • Assist the data and BI team with identification and design of reports and reporting tools.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of application integrations with third-party applications.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of ERP SOX compliance processes and procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years related technical and functional experience with at least 1 of the following ERPs: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Microsoft AX 2012, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN.
  • Has completed at least one full life-cycle implementation of any of the following ERPs in a manufacturing environment: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Microsoft AX 2012, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Functional knowledge of at least 3 of the following areas: general ledger, AR/AP, procurement, manufacturing/production, order management, inventory, purchasing, product data management (PDM), master planning, projects, advanced warehouse management, subscription billing, advanced pricing.
  • Strong understanding of business process documentation, mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Proven ability to create functional and technical design documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical people.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP SOX compliance and controls.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with any of the following: data warehousing, SQL, SSIS, MS DevOps, OneStream, Salesforce, Power BI, Bluestar, Windchill, ServiceNow, JIRA, Concur, Avalara, SK Global, Cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure).
