Job Description
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager specializing in ground up construction to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team's priorities are:

Leading industry changing projects
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging a national platform will allow you to focus on and lead industry changing projects that influence the future of work. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your holistic approach to client needs. Your influence will be founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals.

Creating strategic and collaborative solutions
You are an individual who focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. Success will be measured by your ability to develop procedures and winning strategies to guide your team to project execution.

You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to manage client and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution, account maintenance, and overall development of client relationships. You will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the culture, growth and development of a team by providing onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met.

Education and experience
(5+) years of relevant experience related to project or construction management with a general contractor or as an owners rep. Ground up construction project management experience required.

Hospitality or restaurant construction experience a plus

Experience managing projects with budgets of $100M+ is ideal

Experience working closely with general contractors on a large project is required

MEP/Commissioning expertise is required

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (PREFERRED)
