Shifts Details:

  • 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Tuesday - Saturday | Off Sunday/Monday
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Off Tuesday/Saturday
  • 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Tuesday - Saturday | Off Sunday/Monday
  • 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM | Tuesday - Saturday | Off Sunday/Monday
  • 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Off Thursday/Sunday
  • Pay Rate | $23.00/hr. - $24.00/hr.

Qualifications | Help desk or technical support experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a technical aptitude to troubleshoot effectively.

As a Help Desk Analyst, you'll be the first line of support for all technology-related issues and inquiries. Other responsibilities include resolving technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems and analyzing and resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting first-level calls through phone, email, and chat support, managing and prioritizing work activities with minimal supervision, following up with vendors, and installing computer hardware and software.
