We are seeking a Human Resources professional who is proactive and able to find new talent, takes a consultative approach to solving problems and implementing solutions. A culture fit is very important to maintain a cohesive and collaborative work environment. This is a high-impact and extremely visible position reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources.

DUTIES:

  • Partner with management to identify and develop strategies to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Develop and implement best practice high volume, full cycle recruiting strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience from sourcing, interviewing through selection and onboarding.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on the application of policies and procedures to support our culture.
  • Other duties and projects as required to meet business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • 6+ years human resources generalist experience. Experience should include recruitment, employee relations, policy & procedure development, compensation, preferably in best practice HR environments.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification & international affairs experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and consultative skills especially in assessing department needs, making customer-focused decisions, developing relationships and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, presentation, interpersonal, training facilitation, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology proficient, including MS Suite & ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Must be a self-starter, an outside-of-the-box thinker, have a high sense of urgency, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time exempt/Temp position is $70,000- $75,000 annually plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

BUSINESS TRAVEL (If Applicable):

  • Ability to travel to remote offices as required such as Colorado Springs, Tecate, Baja California and Ontario, Canada.
