Exponent's Biomechanics practice wants to meet you! The practice occupies multiple office locations including Irvine, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Farmington Hills (Detroit-area), MI; Philadelphia, PA; Tampa, FL; and Atlanta, GA.

Exponent's Biomechanics consultants use scientific and engineering principles to analyze human motion, loading, and injury potential in a variety of transportation, industrial, and recreational settings. Whether we are investigating an accident or evaluating technologies designed to interact with the human body, we offer an unparalleled combination of experience and expertise in biomechanical analysis and research. Our analyses involve scientific evaluation of human movement and the forces acting on the body during a dynamic event or during interactions with products for purposes of assessing injury mechanics, injury potential, human performance, fatigue, or comfort. We examine the relationships between the forces applied to the human body, the motions of the human body, and the physical and mechanical stress to structures of the body. We also examine the relationships of these forces and motions to medical pathologies and injuries, as diagnosed by medical personnel.
