Admissions and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator

The Pardee RAND Graduate School seeks an Admissions and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator to manage recruitment and outreach efforts for multiple degree programs. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing applicant data, planning admissions events, managing leads, and supporting admitted students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, marketing, talent acquisition, and enrollment management, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the recruiter to identify, curate,andgenerateinterestfrom a pipeline of potentialstudents.

  • Provide information and guidance to prospective students on how to navigate the admissionsprocess.

  • Utilize a CRM system to track applicant data andcommunication.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants alongside the Associate Dean for Enrollment and New Programs

  • Manage the enrollment process for admittedstudents.

  • Support paid and unpaid marketing efforts, blog content, and social mediacampaigns.

  • Manage partnerships with various external agencies, organizations, and otherstakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of graduate admissions policies and procedures required.

  • Project management or enrollment management required.

  • Analytical and data management skills preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft skills preferred.

  • Experience with admissions management software and CRM software preferred.

Education Requirements

  • A BA/BS is degree required.

  • A Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required. 6-8 years preferred.

Salary Range

$55,900 - $92,300
