Description
As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing our compensation strategies. We are looking for an ideal candidate with a strong analytical mindset, expertise in compensation policies and programs (merit, incentive, and equity). Role Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
  • Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity)
  • Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on compensation programs and systems.
  • Represent compensation and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Participate in compensation and pay practice surveys by collecting and analyzing competitive pay information to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
Work Schedule:
  • Hybrid Work Schedule, 3 days remote / 2 days in-office
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a combination of work experience and education will be considered
  • 5-6+ years of Compensation Analyst experience is required.
  • Advanced use of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • PHR Certification is preferred
  • Experience in job analysis, bonus and merit process
  • Design compensation modules
