Crissair is looking for a First Article Administrator to join our Quality team!

Summary
Responsible for creating AS9102 forms for recording dimensional and visual inspection of product in related software programs.  
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other tasks and duties may be required as directed.
•    Prepare formal first article reports.
•    Retrieve and verify material and process certifications against drawing and/or specification requirements for accuracy and completeness.
•    Retrieve and build data packages for inspection.
•    Perform simple mathematic calculations.
•    Use quality-related software and ERP to appropriately record assigned job results based on completed processes.
•    Bubble blueprints using first article inspection software.
•    Scan and file records for the inspection department. 
•    Meet deadlines of assigned jobs while maintaining the integrity of the position.

Qualification Requirements
Education/Experience
•    High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); three months related experience or training.

Language Skills
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  
•    Ability to read basic blueprint requirements. 
•    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  
•    Ability to speak effectively before small groups of customers or employees.

Math Skills
•    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  
•    Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Skills
•    Ability to solve practical problems ad deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist.  
•    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer/ Office /Technical Skills
•    Database
•    Basic windows/internet browser
•    ERP/Inventory
•    Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
•    First Article Inspection Software (i.e. Discuss)
•    Typing
•    Blueprint Reading
