Under the general supervision of the Business Systems Analyst Supervisor, the Project & Policy Analyst II (PPA) will oversee various operations in the Radiology Research Office including coordinating various departmental projects. As the PPA you will also be responsible for developing written and online content highlighting Departmental research activities, achievements and assist with the functions of the department's Basic Science faculty section. You will be a member of the Departmental Academic RVU (aRVU) and Research Imaging Services (RIS) programs fulfilling several key functions where demonstrated knowledge on academic and clinical research and methodology will be required. Strong analytical skills will be necessary to manage data sets of varying complexities to generate reports and recommendations using analytical and visual software programs.
Qualifications

* Demonstrated administrative background with at least five years of prior experience - required * Bachelor's (BA or BS) degree or higher or equivalent years of education, training and experience * Demonstrated knowledge in academic research experience and knowledge of research methodology including regulatory requirements (IRB etc.) * High proficiency in managing data sets of varying complexities using software programs such as Excel and Tableau to generate reports and recommendations * Strong working knowledge in using visual media programs such as Visio, SnagIt, and Camtasia to visually represent, among others, workflows and processes
