  • Assist with scanning vendor invoices into Feith System.
  • Assist with processing of vendor invoices in both GEAC and SAP systems.
  • Retrieval of vendor invoices for PA use tax audit.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and documents as needed.
  • Assisting our team with ad hoc requests
  • Other duties may be assigned.


  • High School Diploma required.
  • Completed 1 years of college and currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
  • A GPA of a 2.75 or higher is required.
  • The candidate should have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and strong in verbal and written communications.
  • Looking for a student who is a self-starter who is highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
